Youth Engagement Coordinator

Position Overview:


We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Youth Engagement Coordinator to spearhead initiatives that involve and empower young individuals within our design projects. This role will involve developing and executing strategies to engage youth communities, fostering their participation, and ensuring their voices are central to our social impact endeavors.




  • Design and implement youth-centric engagement strategies to involve young individuals in our design projects aimed at social impact.

  • Collaborate with community partners, schools, youth organizations, and stakeholders to identify opportunities for engagement and collaboration.

  • Organize and facilitate workshops, events, and activities tailored to the interests and needs of young participants.

  • Act as a liaison between the studio and youth communities, ensuring their perspectives and insights are integrated into project planning and execution.

  • Mentor and support young participants, fostering a sense of ownership and empowerment in the design process.




  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, Community Development, Design, or related field.

  • Experience working with youth, preferably in community engagement, education, or program coordination roles.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse youth audiences.

  • Creativity and adaptability to develop innovative engagement methods that resonate with youth.

  • Passion for social impact and a commitment to empowering young individuals for positive change.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
