Consumer Research Intern

Position Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and empathetic Consumer Research Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to apply research methodologies and design principles to understand the needs and behaviors of communities and stakeholders we aim to serve. The ideal candidate will assist in gathering insights and translating them into actionable strategies for our social impact projects.
Responsibilities:

Collaborate with project teams to identify research goals and methodologies tailored to community-centric design projects.

Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including interviews, surveys, ethnographic studies, and co-creation sessions with target audiences.

Analyze data to uncover user insights, pain points, and aspirations, contributing to the development of human-centered solutions.

Create visualizations, personas, journey maps, and other tools to communicate research findings and user stories effectively.

Work closely with designers and project leads to integrate consumer insights into the ideation and prototyping phases.
Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a degree in Design, Social Sciences, Anthropology, Psychology, or a related field.

Passion for social impact and a strong interest in using design for the betterment of communities.

Excellent communication and storytelling skills to convey research findings visually and verbally.

Empathy, curiosity, and a human-centered approach to problem-solving.
