Project Coordinator

SideKick ( is a growing creative media agency for social change. We are a small talented team driven by the desire to develop human-centered campaigns that's newsworthy and engaging with the goal to motivate people to take action for social change. We research, identify, and develop innovative media solutions to engage and mobilize individuals, communities, and society on the region’s most pressing issues.


The Role

We are looking for a Project Coordinator with the skills to work across a portfolio of varied clients such as intergovernmental organizations, media, international and local Non-Profits, social entrepreneurs, startups, and others. You are great at managing and handling multiple tasks at a time and can communicate efficiently and effectively across teams all the way up to management. You are detail oriented, flexible, and strive for high quality results on time and within allocated budget. You are also a great negotiator and solution oriented, and your positive attitude helps you to build and foster relationships.  As the Project Coordinator you will be working directly with a team of individuals who aim to deliver media solutions that are exciting for the public and newsworthy for the media.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Support the development and delivery of quality media projects including planning, budgeting, implementation, and monitoring of activities.

  • Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives and ensure that expectations are mutually understood.

  • Regularly communicate with Clients and key staff to manage and ensure expectations and Clients’ needs are met as the projects evolve.

  • Ensure workplans are in place. Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes and assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.

  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise with confidence and urgency and communicate these to management.

  • Act as the point of contact and report project status to all participants.

  • Motivate and inspire the team.

  • Support the growth of our respectful and professional work environment.




  • B.A. in media, journalism, or related fields. 

  • At least 2 years’ experience working on projects from conception of ideas to negotiations, budgeting and workplan development and delivery, preferably working in a media company or a marketing agency.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and professional attitude and a track record of building strong relationships.

  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.

  • Proven experiences and ability to negotiate with clients including media and international organizations.

  • Strong writing skills both in Thai and English

  • Highly analytical skill with ability to transfer theory into practice.

  • Commitment to social justice. Willingness and drive to grow and be part of a team.
