Digital Content Creative


SideKick ( is a Bangkok based creative and media agency for social change. We research, identify, and develop innovative social marketing and media solutions to engage and mobilize individuals, communities, and society on the region’s most pressing issues.

The selected candidate will work as part of a team to support a portfolio of varied clients ranging from UN Agencies, Media organizations to International and Local Non-Profits, social entrepreneurs, and startups.

As the Digital Content Creative, you will be a savvy storyteller who lives and breathes digital; with the ability to create compelling, high quality content in any format; and know exactly which digital tools and platforms to utilize for the best results. 

Job Description: 

Responsible for both the strategic and creative development of digital output from conception to completion (e.g. artwork, videos, digital shows and livestreams, podcasts and other viral content) 

  • Come up with and execute ideas for digital products and assets

  • Develop and implement concept, production plan, budget, timeline

  • Research and recommend new ideas and future technology solutions for content, marketing and production

  • Write scripts and storylines for shows

  • Plan and direct digital shows and events

  • Plan and direct photo and video shoots

  • Stay current on trends, tools, new platforms, innovations, and best practices and share regularly with the team

  • Work with production partners, freelancers, consultants to execute high quality products

  • Ability to produce high quality original content a plus


  • 3-5 years of previous experience in advertising, content marketing, digital marketing, media production, communications or related field with solid understanding of today’s digital tools, platforms and emerging technologies

  • Strong technical and creative skills, passionate about technology, digital media and social issues 

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English and Thai

  • Proficiency in copywriting or scriptwriting, video and media production or virtual event management

  • Highly organized with ability to multitask under pressure and quickly adapt to changing circumstances

  • Consistently deliver high quality work

  • Has an eye for detail and a love for clean, crisp and uncluttered design

  • Works well in teams and independently
