Social Impact Campaign Assistant

 

Sidekick is a research and creative agency dedicated to driving social change through collaboration and creative participation.

 

Throughout the past 10 years, we've engaged in diverse initiatives driving policy and behavioral change across Thailand and Southeast Asia. Our approach towards social change prioritizes connection and ally acquisition, focusing on building widespread support across diverse segments of the population through shared goals and interests. We also work directly with policymakers, leveraging data-driven insights to ensure the delivery of public needs and interests.

In addition to running campaigns and conducting research on behavior change, we offer advocacy, campaign, and communication training for Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) and youth movements.

Job Title: Campaign Assistant - Thai National

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead administrative and logistical preparations for workshops, meetings, and events.

  • Assist in activity budget planning and monitor expenditures.

  • Manage and collaborate with suppliers to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Ensure a smooth procurement and payment process.

  • Act as a liaison between various teams to facilitate communication and collaboration.

  • Support the project manager and consultants in planning and executing youth engagement, gender equality, and environment campaigns, including communication and outreach activities.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with impact sector network organizations.

  • Conduct basic desk research to support new project initiatives.

 

Qualifications:

  • Thai National with strong proficiency in both Thai and English writing skills.

  • B.A. in related fields.

  • Enthusiastic in Media, Communications and Design.

  • Love to follow trending “Pins” on Pinterest.

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience working on projects from conception of ideas to negotiations, budgeting and workplan development and delivery.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, positive and professional attitude, and a proven track record of building robust relationships.

  • Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently.

  • Highly analytical with the capability to translate theory into practical applications.
