Account Executive

 

Are you an experienced Account Executive who is an excellent communicator and a skilled multitasker? The opportunity is now available for you at SideKick! We are looking for an Account Executive who will assist our team in liaising with clients, managing schedules, and ensuring that our projects will be delivered timely and of the utmost quality.

 

SideKick (www.sidekick.asia) is a Bangkok-based creative and consumer research agency. We rely on consumer research and human-centered design to deliver innovative media solutions to our clients.

 

As our Account Executive, you will:

  • Liaise with clients to determine their needs, scope, budget, timelines, and other relevant information necessary for the teams to provide services

  • Generate and present proposals, costing, and timeline planning that will best fit our clients’ needs

  • Summarize clients’ needs, scope, budget, and relevant information into a briefing for the internal teams

  • Develop work plans and timeframes for the teams to ensure timely delivery of clients’ projects

  • Communicate with clients to provide them with updates, answer their inquiries, schedule meetings, and other as needed

  • Monitor the project’s progress and follow up with internal teams to ensure clients’ works are delivered within the deadline

  • Responsible for daily tasks including answering calls, emails and issuing documents for clients

The qualifications we are looking for are:

  • An exceptional communicator who can communicate clearly with both the clients and the internal team

  • An organized multitasker who can handle multiple projects and arrange priority

  • Strong time management skills and keen eyes for details

  • Service-minded

  • Excellent command of Thai and English – verbal and written

  • At least 5 years of experience, preferably as an Account Executive in a media company or a marketing agency

  • Thorough understanding of the media production process and its timeline from development to distribution
