Administrative and Information Officer

SideKick ( is a Bangkok based creative and media agency for social change. We research, identify, and develop innovative social marketing and media solutions to engage and mobilizing individuals, communities, and society on the region’s most pressing issues.


The selected candidate will work as part of a team to support a portfolio of varied clients ranging from UN Agencies, Media organizations to International and Local Non-Profits, social entrepreneurs, and startups.


As the Administrative and Information Officer, you will be the point of contact for all members of the team; helping make everything tick; ensuring that the business has the foundation to be successful.


Job Description:

  • Provide necessary administrative support duties to help the organization run efficiently and effectively.

    • Prepare memos, invoices, or other reports.

    • Perform basic bookkeeping.

    • Arrange meetings and schedule appointments.

    • Attend meetings and take meeting minutes when required.

    • Contact and submit applications and relevant documents with government authorities.

    • Identify and negotiate with vendors and consultants.

    • Purchase office and production supplies and keep track of inventories.

    • Provide support during Sidekick’s filming and digital production:

      • Assist with on-set catering, running errands and gathering supplies.

      • Manage transportation of cast and crew.

  • Knowledge and Information Management

    • Maintain databases and filing systems.

    • Periodically upload content to company website

    • Support in preparing presentations.

    • Review incoming documents and provide information gathering support to assist in research and studies.

    • Proofread documents.  

    • Organize content.



  • A team player, service minded, strong interpersonal skills.

  • Good patient listener, who is responsible and always willing to learn.

  • Digital savvy a plus, as digital tools are used in all facets of communications.

  • Highly organized with excellent time-management, and prioritization skills

  • Work well under pressure and be able to handle multiple tasks independently as well as a team.

  • Take pride and ownership of his/her own work,

  • Bachelor’s degree in any filed; excellent written and spoken English and Thai.

  • At least 3 years of working experience as a team coordinator, administrative officer, secretary, or any other related roles.

  • Excellent telephone and zoom manners with experience in dealing with customers.

  • Good level of proficiency in MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
